Great book if you love Italian food. The extra hints and food glossary in the back are really helpful. Some amazing recipes to try.First book I got was replaced as it wasn't a 1st addition as described, replacement book also not a first addition but the replacement battle isn't something I can tolerate again.

Bought as gift. Beautiful book and great recipes. Head and shoulders above most Italian recipe books.

I have the Silver Spoon, standard Italian cookbook from the Phaidon range and this one is just as good. An amazing collection of authentic recipes with plenty of informative background information supplied. I probably won't cook half of what is in here, just because there is so much to choose from.

I love the recipes, they are so simple to follow and the meals always turned out great. They are modern and not intimidating at all to attempt. Really good book to explore contemporary Italian cooking

This is a large book and a tactile treat. Repeats quite a bit of Eataly's first book in terms of ethos etc but lots of wonderful new recipes. Well worth the cost for those who love the country and its food.

Love it. Saw an Italian version of this book in the Eataly shop in Milan so had to try and find an English version. Great recipes.

There's lots of choice, and good recipes. I also like that there's plenty of pictures for inspiration

Libro muy bonito, bien emcuadernado y elegante presentacion. Las recetas... ni fu ni fa ( tampoco cocino mucho y lo que hago es con Thermomix )
