I was so excited to use this for a trip to Hawaii that I ordered it well in advance. When I used it to go snorkeling, I spent numerous times going under water and up again as I could not get the touch screen to function through the case while underwater. Oddly, while I was above water it would work. I even spent time going back to shore to play with my iphone's settings so that I could just use the side buttons to initiate the camera to take pictures. That failed. Then I tried starting a video above water, then going underwater while it was recording as I was surrounded by so many beautiful fish. It worked, but by then, the skies got cloudy. After much frustration, I finally took my iphone out of the case and used it under water without it (as it had said online and numerous people that you can for up to 10 meters, no more than 30 minutes). I did so for 4 feet and 1 minute. My phone died completely that evening. I was so upset and had to get a new phone while in Hawaii, spending $1000+. Granted, yes I took the risk to use my phone underwater for that short amount of time. However, I was still unhappy about the phone case not working at all.

You're getting what you pay for here. Pouch feels cheaply made but hey, it's cheap! Tested in ocean and absolutely no leaks or water penetration noted so job well done!

These work great! I did the paper towel test (placing a paper towel inside and letting it soak for 30 minutes in water) and when I pulled the paper towel out it was bone dry. So far I have taken them paddle boarding and to the pool and my phone was protected on all occasions. They also didn't affect photo quality too much!

I buy two of them for my phone and my little girl one is good for my baby phone the other one not good for my phone my phone was Galaxy Note 8 my baby phone was Galaxy Note 3 so that one was not work for my phone at all

I took a chance getting these for an upcoming trip to Alaska and they were amazing. Alaska has a lot of rain and the fine misty rain too. So these did a great job protecting our phones so we could still take photos. As with any waterproof product, test it out before you use it.

Me and my wife use these for everything from kayaking, to days at the water park. These things are awesome and give you that piece of mind and one less thing to worry about.

I’ve used mine all summer and not one problem. I’ve taken it in the ocean and pool. No leaks and the strap is nice cause you don’t have to worry about carrying it. I put my money, credit cards and i.d. In it with my phone and you can even use the phone with it in the pouch. I took photos and FaceTimed in the ocean and you can hear nicely and use the touch screen too!

I would NOT recommend this product. The latch to seal and open the case is stiff and hard to turn. It is poorly made and I wish I held onto the receipt for a refund.
