I will be 60 years old in 2024 and I've been taking these for awhile now. Went to the doctor and had my physical and received straight A's all the way down the list! My doctor was very happy with all my results and recommended that I continue doing what I'm doing. I definitely feel a lot better and have WAY MORE energy than I did before taking these. I've seen "the commercials" all over TV like everyone else, so I came here to see if there was a cheaper alternative to the more expensive ones on TV. Didnt realize there was so many choices, and these seem to have good reviews/prices, works out really well for me! VERY HAPPY Thank you!

Product is good but Amazon charges too much

Gave it 4 star be because of Price and prompt delivery. Also No subscription required. Certainly cheaper than a balanced brand you see offered frequently.At first felt like I noticed a difference but by the end of the bottle I cannot say for sure.

Please bear with this lengthy review.I came home from a four-month hospitalization in January of 2023. I had severe gastrointestinal issues and was finally diagnosed with pancreatitis. I had lost 40 lbs and suffered from malnutrition. I had a feeding tube and when I found out I was finally going home, I begged the doctors to remove it first. I had to promise them I would eat a balanced diet of foods that my pancreas could digest. So when I got home, I did my best to "eat right."Well, I found out right away how hard it was to do so. Most of the food I was allowed to eat went through me so fast, that I wasn't getting the nutrients I needed. I started getting upset and worried that I would have to return to the hospital and be placed on a feeding tube again. I have never eaten well (a junk-food addict) so I knew I was going to have to supplement my diet with more than just multivitamins.I had seen all of the Balance of Nature commercials and I thought this might be the answer to helping me get more fruits and vegetables in my diet. Well, as most of you reading this review found out, Balance of Nature is outrageously expensive. So I started to extensively research less expensive, but equally effective alternatives. And after reading about and comparing the options, I decided to try the Natrol brand.I took the supplements as directed and I started to notice the difference in my health and general well-being after about two months. I was now getting the vitamins from fruits and vegetables that I needed. It has been a year now and I continue to take the Natrol brand supplements. I truly feel they have helped me regain my strength and have given me the energy to live and enjoy life again. Even my mind seems clearer. Sounds kind of silly, but it's true!I hope this will help you make an informed decision and save you time researching equally effective, yet much more reasonably priced versions of a product similar to Balance of Nature. Live healthy!

Why pay 3 times as much from most advertised product. I tried both, now I save more money!

I took ONE dose of ONLY the fruit pills + I drank ONE measured 8 ounce cup of this grocery store bottled juice I bought (carrot + ginger).I immediately felt SO weird and realized I had all the symptoms of acute vitamin A poisoning. (Blurred vision, ”high” feeling, peeling skin for a few days, headache, blood draw that week showed a hit to my kidneys/liver).Ok so ONE dose of ONE bottle will not give you acute vitamin A poisoning alone. But there are SUCH HIGH LEVELS of vitamin A in these doses that if you take a dose of each bottle and have a nice helping of carrots for lunch, or are taking another daily vitamin, you’re at risk of the same thing I went through.Don’t OD on Vit A. Analyze your other vitamins and nutrition and and make sure ti balance with these.

I am not great at eating healthy fruits and veggies regularly. This product makes it easy to get several in two easy to swallow capsules, including fruits and veggies not in my normal diet. I will order this again.

I was taking the Nature of Balance brand before I tried this brand. They seem to do exactly the same thing for 1/6 the cost. I recommend them
