It works on Windows 10 and can be used at the same time as you use a gamepad.
I'm actually changing this from a 5 star to a one star review because the pedal broke meaning the right pedal stopped working and the middle pedal stopped working.Original Review:I like this hardware because it has compatibility with Windows 10 64 bit as well as coming with software that works on my computer and that allows me to customize the buttons/pedals on this hardware. I also like it for the price point, it is only around $33 as compared with the other model on Amazon which makes you spend $150 at a minimum. I only had this product for one day so far and it's working but I haven't had a chance to see how it works in the long run. So if it breaks then I would have to amend this review. It is made of plastic -- hard plastic -- not soft. It's not that fragile. Plus as with all electronic hardware you aren't going to put your shoes on them and try to put a lot of weight on them anyways. There was a few negatives about the product but they were overcome after two hours. Pretty much, the CD is very small and it is attached to the underside of the hardware. There is no instruction manual in the box, no paper, no nothing. When you receive it, you are scratching your head and saying to yourself: So no welcome or how to guide? Just the pedals?I inspected the pedals but somehow the CD was "camouflaged" -- inconspicuous enough that is, that I missed it. I stuck the USB in, and nothing happened except the driver of Windows 10 automatically installed for this hardware. So I spent the next half hour wondering what to do with this product. Then I spent the next hour looking online to see if there was some software that goes with this. But in the end, I realized the CD with the software was stuck underneath this thing. In addition, the product description only says that this is compatible up to Windows 7, so I was a little worried that it might not work with Windows 10. But it works with Windows 10. I got it working. So it works.I took the CD and placed it into the computer and the software was installed. The software is in a .zip file but Windows 10 can unzip anything because you just double click on it and it opens up with the setup "application" software. I ran the software and keybinded keyboard keys to the pedal hardware. (On a side note, there is no need to buy winzip or any other "unzipping" software to unzip files with Windows 10 because with Windows 10 all you have to do is right click on the file and choose "extract all" and there you go. It unzips to another file. There is no need to do this as you can just double click on this but that is all for now.. Okay now continuing.)I ran into another problem after this. I use a gamepad as well as this pedal hardware. My gamepad software would recognize the pedal hardware only and not the gamepad hardware when both was plugged into the usb slots, for lack of better words. Okay. So what does this mean? I wanted to use both the gamepad and the pedal hardware at the same time, not just one and the other becomes dysfunctional (either the gamepad only would work or just, long story short, the pedal hardware would work). I couldn't figure this out (for half an hour). Then I realized that I was putting the pedal hardware usb input at the front of the computer and not the back. Why would this matter? Because the front usb takes priority over the back usb (yes there is a priority to which usb is recognized first). The negatives I listed is not really negatives, they can be figured out, but it just takes like half an hour longer to figure out). Okay. I'm going to make this fast now. So switching the front and back usb ports for the pedal hardware and the gamepad hardware means that the gamepad hardware takes priority and is recognized first. Going real fast. So the gamepad software would recognize the gamepad hardware and not the pedal hardware (which is what I wanted) (the gamepad software would only recognize one hardware at a time and not both -- hence this is where the problem is). So now I have the gamepad hardware recognized by the gamepad software and the pedal hardware recognized by the pedal hardware software. So now, voila, I can USE both at the same time haha. So now I can play my games with both gamepad and pedals AT THE SAME TIME. ha ha ha. I love this product. It took 2 to 2 and a half hours to figure out, but I finally did it! so the moral of the story is you can use both gamepad and the 3 pedal software at the same time in gaming.p.s. you can also program the pedal to use stuff like "shift-9" or "alt-9" etc. you don't have to be stuck with just "9" or "3". I like the price point as well. It's cheaper than $50 and that's good enough for me. If it breaks I'd have to rewrite the review. Thank you.

Worth my purchase
Installed on a Win 10 machine. The Footswitch does what it says it does. When I first installed the product and the disc driver, the driver continued to turn on and off repeatedly in the Windows settings. It was a bit annoying but fixable. It was easily fixed by restarting the computer. If it doesn't work try restarting your PC . It would have been better to provide a guide with the product. Overall it was worth the purchase after using the product nonstop for a few days so far.

Broke very quickly
So when I first received this product I was very satisfied with how they worked and how cheap it was..... however, after about 1-2 months the far right footpedal stopped working then about a month after that the middle foot pedal stopped working.... I did not use the product in a way that was aggressive mostly light touches.... seemed like the wear on them was very fragile.... now the only pedal that works is the left constantly and well see how long that lasts... overall I wouldn't recommend it unless its a short term use

I am pretty sure it is 2018
Lost my driver install disk....and no way to get web support for a replacement driver. I am pretty sure it is 2018.
