It's not a perfect product it could be better, and the first one stopped working, but I was surprised at how great the customer service was from this company (which counts for a lot with me) and they immediately sent another one and it works fine. All in all it works well for my campervan, stable, doesn't slide around or spill, and my cat has gotten better at figuring out how to use it with the short10-second motion activated bursts.

I bought two of these fountains to place in areas of my home where there is no outlet. One unit failed immediately. I returned it for a replacement.The second unit worked for a couple weeks. When it failed, I was still waiting for the replacement of the first one. The replacement did not ship ever. I had to reach out to Amazon several times, and did not receive resolution until several months later. Amazon made it right by eventually refunding for both purchases.I recommend that you purchase a different brand because these fountains do not work reliably.

Works very well. I love that you can charge it and not have any cables around when it’s being used. Battery lasts about 3-4 days depending on how thirsty your pet is.

Our cat loves this fountain. It has a sensor to detect when he is near it and only issue is the cheaply made plastic tube inside that broke very easily. I did however buy a second one because it worked so well. To the manufacturer, use metal instead of plastic and you have a five star product.

I specially selected a rechargeable cat water dispenser. It was very sensitive on the first day of use. It would spray water whenever a cat walked by. On the second day, the dispenser stopped spraying water. After opening it for inspection, I found that the charging port was full of water. I wiped the water off and it could no longer be charged. I returned it in disappointment.

I bought this for my fur baby and it stopped working in like 4 days yesterday you had to manually turn it on and off to get it to work and today on the HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR so far my fur baby can’t get fountain water! Very disappointing!

The media could not be loaded.  I liked it was easy to use and the cats were very curious as you can see. I think it’s a great bowl that is great for cats that like to lick the fountain from the kitchen sink etc. motion sensor works as well

I used this in my camper for my camping kitty. I really liked that I could place it anywhere to keep it out of foot traffic. The charge lasted maybe 3 days before it needed to be charged again. Since it’s motion activated, you have to intentionally check it to make sure it’s still charged, otherwise your pet won’t have access to water and you wouldn’t know it. If you keep it filled all the way it’s nice & quiet, but when it runs low there is a little noise, but only noticeable when trying to sleep.After 9 months & only using it when camping (maybe 12-15 times) it stopped working. I thought it needed charging, but when I plugged it in the light was green meaning it was charged. The sensor must have failed, it wouldn’t react at all.It was great while it worked & I’m really bummed that it failed & so soon.

This is amazing for my bunnies no spicy hay to worry about , it hasn't been tipped over yet & I have a 4lb & an 11lb bunny. Both use both love it i always keep a regular bowl just incase I don't see the red warning light . To charge, charges quickly, easy to clean i can even keep track of how.much water they are consuming if they get sick . Charge lasts a long time depending on how many times they hop by it lol..

Had it for two months and now the battery life is non-existent. Have to charge it every day or else it sits there dead with my cat not having access to water.

Perfect little water fountain, does not take up a lot of space. Lasts for a long time without recharging but I do have it in a low traffic area.I have 2 cats, one figured out how it worked right away, the other cat was a bit afraid of it at first as the water turned on when he approached.Then he sort of thought of it as a game and jumped around playing with it. Now he loves drinking from it. I do have another water fountain that bubbles only and the other cat does not really like it. They both use this fountain and seem to really like it. Also very easy to clean!

The media could not be loaded.  My cat wont drink water. Occasionally they enjoy a pitter patter through the tub with running water so I thought why not. While my cat hasnt taken to this 100% there is small progress so I am happy with the purchase.Its small, doesn’t make too much noise, the charge lasts about a week and the sensor works great.
