I've now bought 2 sets of these; they've become my go-to drinking vessel. I spend all day sipping herbal tea from mine, and the rest of the family now enjoys their post-prandial evening tea from them too. They seem good quality, are well priced and work exactly as advertised. More than that, they are just a lovely thing to drink from. They feel pleasingly smooth and rounded to the touch, the rim is just right and they contain slightly more liquid than my largest coffee mugs without the chunkiness. They seem impervious to tea-stains, too, which suggests that all you're getting is pure, clear tea flavour - not unexpected from a glass product but pleasing nonetheless. I haven't dishwashered them as they seem to have been in constant use since I bought the first pair. Apparently dishwasher-safe but I admit I'm a bit reluctant - after some years of being tossed into the dishwasher every other day my Pyrex jugs (also borosilicate glass) have gone a bit opaque and pitted, whereas I want to continue enjoying the super-smooth clarity until my eyes grow dim, my mind wanders and my children are finally compelled to pack me off to one of those internment camps for the perpetually baffled. Bonus: if you are a fan of 'silly' teas that unfurl into patterned whorls in the cup, or contain adorable floating cornflowers, you should probably check these out.

Having just purchased a new coffee machine, I wanted something to show the coffee off. I ordered the glasses, the delivery was very good and the seller very polite and caring. The item is of very good quality, they look the part, but I believe the best feature is that they keep your coffee or hot drinks very warm compared to a normal ceramic mug. Those of you who own an automatic coffee machine, know that the coffee doesn't remain hot and can cool the drink quickly. But these are brilliant and solve that issue and keep it nice and hot. I wouldn't hesitate to order more when I need to. You won't be disappointed if you purchase these glasses.

Lovely coffee cups, just what I was after. Good size for a decent morning coffee, keeps the liquid warmer longer. Also feel robust, well designed, great quality and excellent value. Great customer service too.

These are really good coffee cups and look really nice BUT they do not last long. I have now had to throw them away as water has got between the 2 glass wall. Simple design floor in the base of the glass. Just assume they are only going to last 3 months.

The ‘cups’ seen well made and are well insulated as you are able to hold them without any heat coming through despite them housing boiling water.Would recommend.

I got this so as to have a good looking flat white when I am having it.The item is very good looking and the glass is very easy to hold.But the product I got was not good as after I had put the glasses in the dishwasher I can now see water inside thedouble wall which is making it look really awkward.I guess you would do better buying from someplace which is does more quality check.

Great quality, size, price and presentation.Glasses are always cool to the touch and hold a lot more than other latte glasses. These glasses fit perfectly under a tassimo machine and easily fit a latte, unlike other "latte" glasses. Product comes in a nicely presented box, so is perfect for a gift.If I was to provide one suggestion, I'd recommend to add a bit more weight to the base of the glasses.

Unfortunately these aren't well sealed - each has a small hole in the bottom which is sealed with what appears to be glue/rubber. This isn't watertight so washing the glasses up leads to water and foam getting stuck within the air cavity. After two days of drying, I still have foam inside one.
