Not worth the cost
I am so disappointed with these. The instructions say to boil 6-7 minutes with a warning that cooking too long will make them dissolve. So, liking my pasta al dent, I cooked them for 6 minutes, tried a sample and it was too hard, so I cooked another minute, still too hard. I decided to try another minute, for a total of 8, but was leery of going further because of the warning. Well they were inconsistent. Some were cooked OK, but others were still a bit hard. I guess I expected more because of their price. I guess I will go back to the edamame and mung bean fettuccine. They have a sort weird taste, but a much better texture. The taste can be enhanced with sauces and spices. And they are only about 1/3 the price of these.EDIT: After I left this review, Sarina from ThinSlim foods messaged me. I just want everyone to know that it is very obvious that this company cares, which in these times, is a rare thing. Their customer care is top notch. If you like these products, then please support them.

Yummy
I just cooked up the fettuccine noodles and they taste really good. I think I will cook them a minute or 2 longer next time. They are expensive but a very good low carb substitute for noodles.

The flavor is fine. The texture leaves a little to be desired
So I made these up last night. The flavor is fine. The texture leaves a little to be desired. All in all, a good substitute for those days when you just desperately need some pasta but can't have the carbs.I will note two things: (1) these are high in fiber so if your digestive system isn't used to that, you can expect a little cramping and mild bathroom problems if you eat too much, (2) the whole package is about 4 servings, 32 grams net carbs total. You're going to want to bulk up the meal with a hearty sauce or only use this as a side dish, not an entree.

It's good
1. Many broken pieces upon delivery.2. The only instructions say to boil to desired texture, it would have been nice to at least have a ballpark estimate so I wouldn't have to stand over boiling water for 10 minutes.3. Texture: On it's own it's a little weird. Do NOT expect regular pasta texture. It's similar, but has a more melt in your mouth texture. Not as dense as regular pasta, but WAY better than that shirataki crap.4. Taste: Doesn't really taste like anything, which is good, because it a sorbed the flavor of my alfredo sauce really well.Over all, it was a great pasta substitute. The best I've had yet.

Boiled chalk
If you like uncooked pasta, then this is for you. Doesnโt cook like or chew like pasta. Tastes like chalky uncooked flour when you follow the cooking instructions. If you boil it closer to 15 minutes, better but yes it does start to fall apart. Yes it can never be an impasta for pasta.

AMAZING
I think these are unbelievable! This is actually the first time I've written a review on Amazon, but I feel like I have to with these. I am trying to do a low carb/low cal diet to lose about 30 pounds, and have a huge weakness for pasta. I have tried Shirataki noodles, spaghetti squash, skipping the pasta altogether and just making veggies with sauce, and this is BY FAR the best way to quench my craving for pasta.I bought a package and boiled the whole thing. I split it up to make two different meals with. The first one was simple jarred sauce and parmesan and the second was the noodles, sauteed zucchini and tomato, ricotta cheese, and parmesan. Both were DELICIOUS. With the tomato sauce dish, I really couldn't even tell the noodles were any different. Maybe they're slightly more fragile, but it's no worse than whole wheat pasta, which has all the carbs and calories. With the second dish, the noodles were coated in less sauce, but I still didn't mind them at all. It felt like I was eating an enormous bowl of pasta for lunch, but guilt-free. Also, with so few calories from the noodles themselves, you can treat yourself to lots of cheese and toppings.I would love to see some more variety in types of noodles, but am going to keep buying this regardless!
