I absolutely love this skillet!!!
I threw all of my non-stick pans out...tired of the flakes ending up in food…you never know when the Teflon is going to give out, that goes for the hard anodized as well. I decided to go with all stainless-steel pans. I do not, nor have I ever cooked on "high" heat. It's not necessary, not to mention it destroys your cookware. This skillet heats evenly and I found that I had to adjust the heat setting lower. I cook using butter, or with canola or olive oil, and also use the spray version of each. I fry eggs in this skillet with absolutely no problem...never busting the yoke, and no sticking!...not even scrambled eggs. It's not a non-stick regardless of what the description says. However, the slightly raised inner surface helps to prevent sticking…they should really reword their description. Other reviews state that eggs stick and I can only believe they are trying to use no oil or butter at all and also cooking on too high of heat.Unlike with non-stick pans, Teflon or hard anodized, it drove me crazy that the smell of foods would never wash away…marinara, spices, all just clung to the pans regardless of how you wash them…not even spraying bleach would rid the smell. Absolutely not the case with this skillet. It washes easily by hand, and I never have to use an abrasive sponge to wash…I've never put my pots and pans in the dishwasher, never will regardless if they are labeled for it or not.I've used stainless steel pans for over 30 years and found that regardless of the quality of stainless steel or how much you pay for them, after cooking in them the first time, you lose that spotless surface…it's just the way it is…I call it my OCD. Because of how this skillet is made, you do not see the flaws in the stainless steel after cooking, it always looks brand new! This brand only sells this one skillet, but since purchasing it, I've purchased a full set of another brand that is also hybrid stainless steel. Absolutely thrilled and will never go back to Teflon or hard anodized!

Best value for pans we've ever found.
We love the pans.We first bought the 10" frying pan and lid. We loved it so much we ordered the 12".After a year, we ordered the set of 3 pans. We'll take the first two to our second winter house and keep the 3 new pans at our summer house. They are not completely non-stick, but work very well to reduce sticking. Absolutely nothing is non-stick these days that is safe to use, including expensive non-stick pans. We know, we've tried them.Sticking is very minimal for us. and completely acceptable. Our dishwasher cleans any residue if something does stick. (If we were to have extra food sticking, we lightly brush it with a pan brush and Dawn spray detergent to knock off the toughest areas, and let the dishwasher handle the rest.(HINT: To avoid too much sticking use lower cooking temps. This helps unless you are blackening your food on purpose, then you'll just have to suffer with some sticking no matter what.)These pans are solid and thick enough to spread the heat evenly across it.They are not as thick as a $200 pan, but... it is not a $200 pan. However, these are great pans and plenty thick for everyday use.Assembly is simple... two screws to put the handle on. Shouldn't be a problem for anyone that can cook. No instructions needed. Just tighten the screws down onto the handle - period. We did use ours in the oven for a specific recipe, despite none of the information provided stating this can be done, other than it saying so on the Amazon listing. We had no problems doing this. These are great pans for a price considerably higher than they are askingWe definitely recommended these to other people and relative, and all of them have agreed they love them too.

Best non-stick solution for induction stoves!
Anticipating delivery of a new Induction technology stove to replace my older ceramic stove, I bought a new set of expensive stainless steel pots and pans. The pots and pans were gorgeous! However, on getting my new stove, I was disappointed to discover I could not make a meal without burning it in my new pots. So I'm starting with the frying pans, and am replacing them one by one with the Ligtspce Hybrid frying pans. WOW! What a difference! I have yet to burn a single thing! It is the perfect marriage with Induction Stoves! I also throw them in the dishwasher after use. Sparkling clean, each time without any degradation of the shiney polished stainless steel finish! Cooks great! Looks great! Easy to maintain! I'm now slowly replacing other pieces, one at a time, and am loving the results!

Awesome skillet
Got this so I could also use it in my oven for special meal prep. It held up fine. So easy to clean especially in the dishwasher. My only complaint is that when seated on the glass top of my electric stove the bottom is slightly beveled so therefore the skillet tends to spin. This can be quite dangerous when cooking in hot oil. This is why I took one star away. The manufacturer needs to look into that flaw??

It’s a good little frying pan works great on my induction cooktop. It’s great for just cooking a couple of eggs. Washes up really well. No problem at all.

Recommended for searing and sautés, but omelettes - not so much
One star for budget price, second star for sturdy 3-ply construction, third star for easy cleanup, fourth star for good searing and pan sauce (photo 1), fifth star for good sautéing (photo 2). Sadly, minus two stars for the frittata fail (photo 3). The problem is with the "dot" pattern, as compared to the "hex" pattern of competitors - which perform better for omelettes and such (photo 4). One could flood this pan with fat for omelettes, but that defeats the purpose of using a non-stick pan. I can recommend this pan for searing and sautéing, but for omelettes and frittatas - I'd recommend a "hex" pattern hybrid pan, and I prefer a non-stick pan coated with blue ceramic and diamonds.

This pan is amazing. It heats up well. Is not non-stick, but you heat the pan up then add a bit of butter, It keeps the egg from sticking. I also cooked a steak and there was no sticking. The pan cleans up real easy using a soft scrub sponge. I highly recommend it.
