I had a fence installed last year and I guess silly me did not realize that my yard would be destroyed. I tried a few different brands from Home Depot and nothing worked. I even had sod strips installed and watered every day. We have really rough and hard soil and due to large trees the entire yard does not get sunlight. Well, cue in this product and five weeks later my yard is the best in the neighborhood. A+, 10/10 if I could! Tips: I used 5 bags in total for a 75x10 backyard. Raked, light dirt scraping and light watering before heavy covering of any patches + dirt with seeds.

Great starter to prep ground for annual seeding

Good stuff! Sprouted within a few days, grows rapidly and stays pretty for months. Great for winter lawns and bald spots during cool weather. Color is pretty. It does get long and lays down so will need to be mowed occassionally.

Good germination rate and came up quickly.

Seed arrived with bag split open,when I lifted the box it was in the seed spilled all over the ground.

It took a while to come up but looks Awesome now
