Do not buy
1. No user manual2. No idea if the product is working or not3. The first product they shipped was broken and had to ask for a replacement ( this is the first product in 3-4 years where I have asked for a replacement ). Still no idea if I have connected it the right way and no indicator that the product is working

Cheap quality, No manual for fitting.
Plug and wire are cheap quality.No instructions or manual on how to fit the plug to mat.You are just selling the item for the sake of sales and not from customer perspective of using it and having a great experience.Returning the item within 40 minutes of delivery.
