Don't Buy!
Male and female connections were fine but this was suppose to be an 8-mode LED light transformer and it does only one mode...fast blinking. I tried holding the power buttoner a few seconds to see if it changed modes..NaDa.

My Christmas lights are almost all LED , the reason for it was less electricity and long lasting . But last Christmas 2 of my outdoor strings stop working. So my thoughts were: here we go again. But the lights were work just the transformer wasn't. Thanks for Amazon the lights are working again. Hurray.
