I have read dozens of business books during my professional lifetime, many of them providing useful insight, but I can not recall one that speaks to the entrepreneur from the heart and soul of someone who been there and done that with such success. Ricardo has accomplished this within this 123-page inspiring text in ways that one would never expect. He is courageous and has disclosed not only his company's brilliant successes, but more importantly the deep challenges he faced as a leader in dealing with the unexpected--something every entrepreneur encounters. I wish that such a powerful guide was available when Catalytica was but a glint in our eyes. Why? Because we definitely could have anticipated some of the critical issues well before we faced them and many of the rough spots would have been much smoother along the journey. Excellent words of wisdom. I appreciated the inspirational quotes and insight. Very good examples of personal leadership experiences. I will keep this on the shelf and keep reading it as I progress through my career as an entreprenuer.

Great book, so much information on soul of life reaching their goals, business control and management. I would recommend this book.

With so many business and political figures in the news today guilty of avarice and impropriety, this little book helps restore our faith that there are still ethical leaders among us. Let us hope that young entrepreneurs will take it to heart and integrate Ricardo Levy's wisdom into guiding principles for building businesses that make them proud as well as prosperous.

Great book. Short and poignant letters. A must read for entrepreneurs especially those developing products in the physical sciences.
