It is not possible to operate this product in the manner it is intended. The string that attaches to the ball is what you end up hitting and that throws the ball into a tailspin. You might be able to hit it several times in a row but there is no control. If you saw the Facebook video and tried this, you will quickly realize the video is fake

I purchased this for my son and loved it! He is in boxing, and this definitely helps with his accuracy. It keeps him busy for hours playing with this.

Mine arrived today and it’s already a lot of fun. And I can tell it’s going to be a good workout. :)I like the gloves, and the whole kit works really well. The instruction and repair guide are helpful too.

I got this for some of my students to use when they need a break, expend some energy or need help focusing. Easy to use and store I a classroom!

Nice quality. Packaging is good and the punch ball is a big hit with everyone in the family (even the dog haha!) I would recommend Punch King brand for this item.

This product is so ridiculously unusable. Strapping a Velcro headband to your head with a ball hanging from a string...its nearly impossible to use as it is advertised. It's better as a toy for a dog. I wouldn't even give it a half star.
