The flags are fine, that is why I gave two stars. The cupcake papers arrived jammed in a small plastic bag with the flags on top of them. The cupcake papers were flattened and do not regain their shape. All the cupcakes have folded creases in the cake. Not the presentation I wanted so used colored foil papers that retained their shape in shipping. The flags worked great. Wouldn't waste your money on the cupcake papers.
