Broken Glass Probe
This was at first one of the best ph testers I've ever had. Real easy to work with and simple to calibrate. No more of those packets. Unfortunately, I broke the small glass probe the second day I had it. It's super sensitive. Erickhill also doesn't carry a replacement part so you'd have to buy the whole thing. Otherwise I'd give them 5 stars. They did say they would give me 50% of my money back but I'm yet to see that. I would buy this again but be extremely careful when cleaning and taking care of it.

Professional quality
I purchased more expensive products that claim to be 0.01% accure it this Ph tester is well worth the money. It is the most Is accurate and well made tester on the market. It is very durable.

Its ok for the price
It doesn’t hold calibration for long and i mean working 5 minutes it’ll lose calibration. And it is not very sensitive

Aquarium users NEED this!
If you are running a saltwater or freshwater tank this is the meter for you! Don't even bother with chemical tests anymore, trying to guess the color code and not really sure if you are 8.1 8.2 etc..... And DON'T waste your money on the Hanna PH checker that only has an accuracy of +/- 0.2 lol! The accuracy of this meter is +/- 0.05 need I say more. After calibration you just dip this in your tank, wait 30-60 seconds and there's your PH reading. I get a PH reading of 8.23 -8.31. If you want fast, accurate PH readings this is for you. The other PH reading device with a higher accuracy for aquarists is the Neptune PH probe with an accuracy of +/- 0.01 however that whole setup is quite expensive.

Worth it
Don't buy a cheap ph pen that probably isn't ever gonna work/be accurate out the box. Just spend the little extra to get this one, it is well worth it. Truly feels and looks professional. Even needed some added support on my end and their customer service was very helpful with my needs.

Terrible customer service and poor reliability.
I tried to chat with ErickHill on their website but they don’t have live chat agents. I wanted to know if they sold calibration solution replacement bottles They do not. I’ll have to buy 500 ml bottles. I bought it anyway. The instruction leaflet is tiny and illegible because the writing is so small. I went to their website to download the manual and it’s not on there! Again, tried to chat, but no response. I think the meter is probably decent, but this is obviously an imported product and ErickHill’s customer service is terrible.Changed my rating to 1 after using it for a month or so. Does not hold calibration at all and readings are unreliable.
