Works great, good price

LOVE, smooth like butter
Perfect for my Drawing 2 class. These get real black and they have a smooth application. They can be a bit messy but what charcoal isn't. Multiple of my classmates tried and loved them and I even ended up giving a few half-sticks away!

Doesn’t fit in a holder
I like the fairly deep black marks they make and the price. I had hoped they would fit into my pencil extender which has both small and large diameter ends but they were too large for either end. I’m going to try to find larger diameter extenders now. I mostly use charcoal pencils anyway and will break these into pieces to block in larger shapes by using them on their sides.
