My neck hasn’t felt better. I’m nw getting better sleep

I sleep in all positions throughout the night because of chronic back and hip pain. There is no way to lay your head on this pillow and be comfortable. The way it is contoured is not comfortable for stomach sleeping position which is the reason I purchased it.

So I liked that this listing said it can accommodate different sleep styles. That seems to be true, but apparently you need to turn the pillow around depending on how you sleep. I guess that makes sense though. In my opinion this pillow is really squishy. I laid down on my back and my back went "kek-kik-crick". i was not expecting so many crackles and pops! I think this is a pillow that I'll need to kind of work with and experiment to figure out the best rest routing with . I wish a satin pillowcase was available for it. Im really worried this waffle knit is going to wreak havoc and cause split ends.UPDATE, December: Actually this pillow is workign out great for me. It's a little on the small side, but I love the way its shaped to give you a place to put your arms, for comfort. I have been able to use a regular pillow case on it - zippered is best - and so Im not having any issues with hair damage either. Nice find!

I have all kinds of neck issues and I've been using standard type pillows all my life until now. The physical therapist I saw in the past emphasized the importance of body alignment for me, especially during sleep. They recommended a pillow that keeps my neck aligned better since I've been waking up with neck, shoulder, and jaw pain, so I ordered this pillow to see if it made a difference. So far, I feel like I can already tell the difference, I could tell the difference on day two, I woke up and realized my neck and jaw felt less tight. I feel like I wake up less to change positions since I'm more comfortable. I like that the pillow accommodates both me sleeping on my back, and my sides, either is comfortable.However, the "odorless" aspect mentioned in the listing wasn't something I experienced, this pillow definitely has a strong memory foam type smell at first which took some time to go away, but it either has now or I got used to it. I have no other complaints though, this is a great pillow and I can definitely tell the difference between it and my old standard pillow I had been using and I am quite pleased with my order.

I really like this pillow. It is the same width as a standard pillow, but the shape cradled my neck and head better. I tend to move from side to back as I sleep and usually have to rearrange my pillow. This one just seemed to self-adjust. It came compressed for shipping, but within a few hours had fully regained its shape. It had no odor, which is rare for a foam product. It has a zipper cover that you can remove, however, I put a standard pillowcase over it which worked well. My old neck pillow seemed to jack my neck up too high. This one is lower, which suits my neck better. Very pleased.

Pillows were definitely soft enough but they did not provide the proper arm cutouts to a side sleeper needs in order for us to place our arms up by our heads so I will be returning them unfortunately to order a product which accommodates my needs much more so
