As a huge pistachio lover, I wanted to make sure that the taste of the coating did not over power the taste of the pistachio. So instead of layering the coating on the pistachio, like many other companies do, I lightly covered the pistachio. I have not added any artificial elements or any preservatives, I figured why add a glaze or shine to my pistachios. I have kept them in the rawest form. Each pistachios, has its own unique look and not ever pistachio will taste the same, some will be more nutty, chocolaty or yogurty. But one thing we can guaranty is, that each bite will be amazing.
