I use this extension cord outside to charge a Chevrolet Volt hatchback when I'm parked far away from a typical 3-prong outlet. When charging at a constant 12 amps over several hours, the entire cord from end to end always stays cool to the touch. This has been a very safe and reliable extension cord for EV charging--the cord shows no signs of overheating or degredation.

Ran it along a fence ziptied down to my boat. Works great, and heavy duty when its time to run my bubbler in the winter. Have 200ft total ran and works fine.

We were prepping for a large wedding in a remote area and needed to have available power across several acres of land. We also didn't want to use your average bright orange extension chords that would take away from the beautiful surroundings. We chose these chords and couldn't have been more pleased. In fact, after inspecting our first order we bought several more in various lengths including the 100', 50', and 25'. Very satisfied with the quality.

I using this in a semi-permanent installation outside and it appears to be doing the job very well. It's been running a pretty steady 12/13 amp load for a few months now without heating or weathering issues. I will expect to replace the end plugs at some time but for now, they are staying bright and shiny. I would buy again.

I’m on the fence about if I should return this or not... I should’ve realized the cord would be super thick. They have to increase the conductivity since the cord is so long. It’s just super big an bulky. Also kinda expensive but I’ve been told that’s typical because they have to use copper.

When the cord arrived I was real surprised with how well made it was. Using it for my RV and is working out real well. Nice and heavy and thought the price was good.

Good standard gauge and thickness for all weather. Would recommend for the price depending when you buy this as I seen the prices do fluctuate and homedepot can be cheaper

This cord is heavy, and a bit pricey to my way of thinking. But it is definitely made well and it's high quality.
