Very good product

It probably works fine in terms of its functionality but I had some real issues with this product.First, the attachable nozzle can only be used once because the foam sets and blocks it. Apparantly there is some other product you need to buy to dissolve the set foam but that is in the small print on the can and once you are at a job and ready to go its too late. Sell the products together or at least make this clear on the ordering info.2nd the foam is bright pink. It might suit some applications but for the majority it is a nightmare because you then have to paint over it several times to hide the colour.3rd - it is incredibly messy to work with and tends to get everywhere. It can't be shaped or formed. So, if you are just filling an easy to get to large hole then no problem but most challenges are not that easy. It was extremely difficult to use for smaller, hard to get to, irregular sized holes and created a mess everywhere when I tried.I don't know what the answer is but this is not it.if you want to cover or fill anything but a simple, easy access, large hole then I suggest you find another product/method.

Excellent filler and easy to apply, though I did loose a lot of the propellent by initially holding the can upright. Needs to be upside down to propel properly.. D'oh! Dries/sets quite quickly and is very easy to trim once it has set.

Important point is to know you need to use the container upside down or you just squirt propellant. The boy! It expands and fills gaps and goes on expanding after you have filled the gap. It's incredibly sticky so wear gloves, and when y o u have finished blow the application tube out so you can reuse it.

Does what it says on the tin, fills gaps in walls to stop the spread of fire.

Does what it needs too

Absolutely horrible stuff. Sticks to everything except what it's supposed to, and has no stiffness so just drips everywhere. Made a big mess and the hole is still unfilled.
