Jameco Substitute
Couldn't believe that it actual worked and was the same one that came with the original JameCo toilet. Only issue is the rubber guard piece didn't fit on this toilet and really not necessary unless the opening is too big. My toilet handle opening is perfect without it. The only difference is my original toilet handle came with a rubber washer, but no biggie.

Works well in my odd space older toilet
I've tried a couple of different toilet handle replacements for my older slightly roundish (bowed front tank) toilet. This one works well. There is not a lot of space between the hole for the handle and the front of the toilet, so this one works particularly well. I can't even figure out what brand my toilet is. but it's got to be at least 40 years old.

Not a sturdy lever
I purchased this lever for my EnviroFlush enviro21eai-1 toilet. I've run into a number of problems with this lever.My toilet does have a square hole on the side, but the dimensions seem to be slightly off. The rubber gasket for this is slightly too large for my toilet's hole. I can force it in with a little time and a lot of effort. This may be more due to my toilet brand not quite being standard than a faulty product.The handle is loose and jiggles easily. The slot on the handle for the bar that goes from the handle to the valve chain is larger than the end of the bar so this is by design. I'm not a fan of that part.The screw that holds the handle on to the rest of the assembly unscrewed itself after about 6 months of normal use by one person. I had to remove the assembly to screw it back on then reinstall. I've never had that happen with any other toilet handle.Otherwise the lever is functional and easy to install and use. It looks nice and is inexpensive.
