I trusted this with my wedding dress. That should say it all. I had a destination wedding, and it worked great on my incredibly wrinkled dress. Everyone else used it for their suits, too. I travel for work a lot, and never leave home without this steamer (hotel irons can be a bit dodgy even in the nicest of places). It doesn't have a huge reservoir, but the trade off is that it is very portable. It is quick and easy to use.

I bought the Jack & Rose steamer almost a year ago, and it was working fine until it suddenly stopped working. I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly helpful. This is the first steamer I own, but not the first I've used. This steamer is fantastic I love the name I love the look of it, the only thing to be very careful of is the steam, this pressed my dress in less than 5 mins, my dresses are compact in closet & wrinkle, so under 5 mins was such a win. I will recommend this to anyone!

This steamer heats up fast, is easy to use, and works well. I've used handheld steamers for many years and was in the market to replace a small one that stopped working.Pros:-Compact design-Ease of use-2 steam settings-Successfully removed wrinkles from silk, cotton, polyester, and linen. Many travel steamers aren't strong enough to fully steam my pants, so this was a win.Cons:-Quite heavy for something that is marketed as a "travel steamer". I ended up putting it in my checked bag for my last 2 trips because of the size/weight-The hot plate where the steam comes out is seriously dangerous. I've never had a steamer with a metal plate on the end, and wouldn't buy another after having this one. It's marketed as an "iron" feature, but just picture the handle of an iron being 2" from the metal plate and then waving it in the air repeatedly. Because of the weight of the steamer head, it naturally is top heavy. Not ideal.-Tons of reviews about the broken steamer head where it attaches to the wand. Now that I've used it, I can see how easily this would happen and I'm expecting the mechanism to eventually fail from repeated twisting.

Took this with us to France and it worked great. Turn the head one way and it’s a steamed that can be used with hanging clothes. Turn it the other way and can use the iron on clothes flat on the ironing board. Perfect size. Easy to use. And the small water reservoir is easy to empty between uses.

The customer service , Jaina, was so helpful and so good in resolving my issues, and her quick and speedy respond got me a new steamer iron in a speedy manner. I'd appreciated very much. I also love the steamer iron is so handy n easy to use that I actually bought a second one.

The absolute best steamer, in the US and EU. 3 people traveling for a wedding, all our clothes needed to be steamed on a daily basis. No problems, no hassles. Heats up in seconds and gets the job done better than a professional steamer I have at home! Fits in carry on no problem too. Just a good device to have in general.

I purchased this to use when we travel. It is a relatively small size and worked perfectly in removing wrinkles for linen and other materials. It works just as well as my full sized steamer I have at home.
