What fantastic service for a start. Ordered yesterday and it is here today! Can't fault that! It is a present so no idea how content is and don't want to browse it when it's not mine but it looks and sounds wonderful from description and reviews so I am happy.

Well-written and accessible Reiki workbook.
A very easy to read book that explores a whole range of ways to access and use Reiki energy. Taggart has a very gentle style of writing and the workbook is laid out so that you can easily dip in and out of it.I completed my levels 1 and 2 with Reiki Evolution and this is a very helpful next step in developing my practice.

Your reiki workout
Love this book, I've used it every day. I love the energy exercises. The idea is to work through the book getting to grips with each section before moving on. Highly recommend it to anyone who is reiki.

Great resource!
I downloaded this book between my Level 1 and Level 2 training with another (local) teacher. It contains some really great exercises which I found very helpful in working with Reiki energy, but it's a book that I will come back to over and over again. As my practice is improving I am already seeing the differences in the exercises and delving into them on a deeper level.The book begins with the basics, then moves on to exercises where you become more sensitive to the energy, work with intent, develop your intuition, and create bespoke symbols. The techniques for shifting unhelpful emotions are also really good.It is not a book to read cover to cover, but one you will want to dip into - to come back to time and time again. Some exercises require a partner, but there are many that you can do alone.I think it is useful for everyone from beginners, who are still learning to use Reiki, to those who are more experienced but tend to always do the things in the same way and would like to try something different or explore other ways of using their skills.

Your Reiki Workout: Exercises and Meditations
I am currently ready to start Reiki 2nd Degree so for me this book has been fantastic. It has been written in an easy to follow style and is jam packed full of Reiki knowledge. For me this was great, the contents are most informative for any one at my level or above. This book answered so many questions I had from studying and practising Reiki 1st degree, I did not expect this and so I was more than pleased and completely re assured.The step by step self treatments, treatments and meditations allow variations of learning and will act as a reference for me in the future. The book a covers a range of topics, in particular I found 'Chanting' to be of great interest. This book suggests lots of different ways of channelling lovely Reiki energy for example by using intent in many ways, distant healing plus lots more and is so easy to read. I found this style of learning enables me to do as much or as little as I want to do. The book was addictive for me and I found it hard to put down!The book provides various links to Taggart's website for meditations mentioned in this book.I recommend this book for anyone who is practising (or not, and just interested in) any level of Reiki.Michelle S.
