Underneath The Pale Moonlight
Do you ever have trouble falling asleep? Do you know falling asleep is sometimes called 'dreamland'? Bunny and bear will tell you all about it.Bunny and Bear are good friends and live together in the same house. One day Bunny told Bear how tired she was and wondered how to get to Dreamland. Bear said he knew the way. Bunny was excited, she asked do we go by car, do we need to pack a bag? When Bear said no, Bunny then asked, do we go by train, plane, carriage or boat? The answer again was no. When you read this book, you will discover Bear's answer on how to get to Dreamland. The author, Emily Thomson, has written a lovely story about two friends who try to find answers. Qian Chen, is the illustrator. The pictures in this book are so lovely, soothing and calm but depicting all of the ways to get to Dreamland. Parents/preachers will love reading this book to children. Some of it is rhyme, which is so lyrical, and children and adults love that. This is the perfect book to read just before you fall asleep and go to Dreamland. Note: this book was provided to read and review.Recommended. prisrob 06-11-14

another great bedtime read
Bunny is curious about how to get to Dreamland, and what to take. Do you take a suitcase? Go on a train? Hot air balloon? HOW do you get to Dreamland?Bear reassures Bunny each step of the way through his curiosities, and in the end shares the secret with Bunny.I noticed the colors used in the illustrations were muted and softened, which make reading and viewing this book before bedtime a wonderful choice. The muted colors do not act as a stimulant to draw children back out of dreamland.

"A Very Comfy and Warm Children's Book"
This is a very appealing sweet, sweet children's book about how Bear explains to Little Bunny where and how to get to Dreamland. The illustrations are soft, warm colors, which are charming. Sometimes it takes several minutes to entice children to turn off their lights and close their eyes and convince them that Dreamland is where good things happen. Little Bunny asks so many questions, it may inspire little ones to ask YOU, 'Why (on so many topics)...?" in the future. But they'd do that anyway! There's a great lesson here which hopefully will become routine each night at bedtime, "I love you and, Goodnight, Mom (or Dad)." A simply delightful story.

Incredible, Simply Incredible
I was completely mesmerized by this book. It's on par with one of my favorites of all time. I loved the illustration style, the simple message, the story, and everything that abounds in this book. Bear and Bunny are two characters that are drawn in a very unique and cute style, but the story is what makes this one out of sight. I love the simplicity. I cannot say enough about this book, as it really surprised me in the way it was presented. I'm recommending this one to all my friends. It's not just for children, it's for those that want to remain young at heart too. I highly recommend this one.

A classic is born
Lovingly written, beautifully illustrated, Bear and Bunny Go to Dreamland takes the reader on a wonderfully, relaxing, gentle trip. Perfect for that last book, the one before the final tuck, the last kiss goodnight, this book goes through all the different ways to travel to mythical, magical dreamland. Patiently, Bear tells Bunny each of his suggestion will not work. Finally, tucked safely in their beds, they learn the best way to dream land is to close your eyes. "There's nothing to pack and you don't need a map." Delightful, sweet, and peaceful, Bunny and Bear will accompany you and your child to dreamland for years to come.

The perfect bedtime story
With absolutely incredible illustrations, this wonderfully sweet story about bear and bunny will be a favorite bedtime story for my children for many years. My 3 year old loves this story because of the simple text - after reading the story a few times she can now "read" the book with me. The text has hints of the classic "Are You My Mother?" in its repetition - definitely not overdone and perfect for a pre-reader.The beautiful illustrations have me hoping that we'll be seeing lots more of bear and bunny in the future. An instant classic.

Absolutely adorable
I read this to my 5 kids at bedtime and they all loved it! They range in age from 4-12 and every one of them thought this was one cool book. Terrific illustrations … they had me read it several times so they could see the pictures again and again. This is the perfect bedtime story and I have a feeling I’m going to have it memorized soon!

Great Bedtime Story
When Bunny announces he is tired he asks Bear how they get to Dreamland and what he needs to take. Bear’s answer is quite simple and satisfying for Bunny. This is a cute bedtime story that is sure to relax your child and prepare them for their own trip to dreamland.
