Lifted Naturals - Mood Boosting Blend - Vitamin D from Lichens, K2 (MK7), Magnesium Glycinate, Vitamin C, and Zinc Sulfate

I don't do a lot of reviews, but this product deserves some time and attention. I've been taking Lifted's Probiotic for a while now and I like it, so I thought I'd trust whatever else the company had to offer. I was not disappointed . . . .I've never been a "expect magic out of a pill" kind of person, so I figured this would work like the probiotics - just a "behind the scenes", good for you kind of thing that you didn't necessarily "feel". I figured that 6 months down the road, I'd realize I'd had less sniffles, or less aches and pains, etc, and realize that taking this vitamin blend was a good choice. However . . . I can tell within 30-45 minutes that I have taken this supplement! The first couple of days, I didn't make the correlation between taking the supplement and the corresponding increased energy, amiable mood and "lightness" that I felt. And that energy, mood, and lightness has had a trickle down effect . . . I started doing some dance aerobics again, and I'm turning up the tunes and jamming while I clean house. Please take my word for it when I say that this is a friggin' breakthrough for me! My stress level is at an all time high these days, due to a myriad of circumstances. So the unexpected "feel good quickly" results I'm getting warranted this review. Is it a magical pill for all? I don't know the answer to that. What I do know is that is has very positively affected me personally, and I wanted to share my experience. From one stressed human being to another, I sincerely hope this works for you as well as it has for me!PLEASE NOTE: the instructions say to take with a LARGE meal. I did take this on a half empty stomach and noticed some "yucky" feeling for a short while. So I take it and the probiotic with a sizable meal now. It also says to take 1-2 pills a day . . . I've been taking one, but since I'm guessing that I'm probably deficient in one or all of the vitamins (hence possibly the reason for the instant results), I'm going to try to take 2 a day for a while and see how I feel. I'll try to remember to come back and update my review after I've tried that.

Spring has yet sprung in Kansas City and while I'm not normally affected by winter, I can't quite shake off the winter slump that has settled on my mind. While I wait for sunshine and warm days, I've started taking the Mood Boosting Blend for the past 2 weeks. I mentally feel a difference in my mood within 40 minutes of taking the supplement. I feel jovial, energized and ready to face whatever comes my way. I'm a pretty healthy individual. This is the only pill/vitamin I take and I work out 6 times a week so my feel good vibes are a direct correlation with the Mood Boosting Blend. I take one dose in the morning and another in the afternoon.Bottom line: the Mood Boosting Blend works and helps me overcome whatever life throws at me. This is perfect for anyone who needs encouragement and a little lift in their attitude.

I’ve taken this product for over a year and in December I found out I was pregnant. I really think this product a long with the mood boosting probiotic are why my mental health and anxiety have been much more manageable and no yucky side effects like when I was on medications in the past. During pregnancy I really think this supplement has helped as I’ve had no leg cramps like my friends warned me about that I could suffer from. Talking to doctor about that pregnancy ailment it usually is a sign of a magnesium deficiency! I do believe these along with the probiotic have helped. I’ve found I prefer to take this 30 minutes before bed though. It gives me a solid nights sleep. I found it relaxed me too much to take in the morning.

Been taking for over 2 weeks now and is making a huge difference in my anxiety and even depression. I literally feel lighter and I don't seem to "hold on" to problems or anger in situations and that's a nice difference. Highly recommend.

I am a huge fan of Lifted Naturals, especially their original Mood Boosting Probiotic. Well, the owner of the company reached out to me on Instagram and sent me a bottle of this Mood Blend, which I've happily added into my morning routine. Keep in mind that I am 30 weeks pregnant but have suffered with brain fog for years....Mama of four already, lol. After taking this Mood Blend, it literally feels like the fog has lifted. Hoping as time goes on it will also help with my anxiety, but I am extremely happy with this supplement so far :)

I really love this product. I was disappointed at first when they discontinued the earlier version, but this updated version with K-2 added is truly awesome. I take it at night when my Mood Boosting Probiotics and it relaxes me and gives me peaceful sleep throughout the night. Not to mention the added benefits that the vitamins provide. Like I said...I love it!!
