Add it into my breakfast every morning! Yogurt or coffee/matcha.
After I learned about the benefits of bee pollen, I knew I had to incorporate it into my daily routine! After buying the other supplements from this company and being happy with them, I was surprised when I saw this in their store.I add a little of it to either my yogurt or coffee or matcha in the morning-most of the time you can't taste it, but sometimes it adds just a touch of that honey sweetness. I would recommend to anyone trying to take steps to make their diets more anti-inflammatory and get those great antioxidants in early and very easily.

Large bag of bee pollen
This is a nice large bag of bee pollen that will last a while at a recommended serving of one teaspoon. I cut the package open and it was filled to the brim but there was no dust in the zipper so the bag was easy to reseal. I added 1 teaspoon to my morning fiber drink, which was already a bit gelled, so the pollen mixed in but did not melt. I kind of crunched on the individual bits as I sipped and they tasted fresh and grassy. I did some reading and the jury is still out on the benefits, but I'm not sensitive to anything in it, so adding a bit each day shouldn't cause any issues and may do some good.

Packed with good things, going to add this to yogurt
I've never heard of bee pollen until recently, and thought I would try it since I am a big fan of local honey as a way of limiting pollen allergies. This natural bee pollen has a vaguely molasses-like flavor and smell. I plan to add it to yogurt along with my usual standbys, pistachios, flax seeds and sliced apples. I'm learning that it contains vitamins including A, E, D, C, and several B vitamins; minerals including calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, and iron; and anti-oxidants. Sounds like a super food that I need to put in rotation.Review of The Wellness Company Natural Bee Pollen | 150g (1 Month) | Packed with Vitamins, Minerals, Proteins & Lipids | Non-GMO, Gluten-Free | Supports Circulation & Allergy Relief

I seldom leave a negative review, but this is ridiculous!
The Wellness Company Pure Bee Pollen listing clearly shows this item is150.0 ounces, and the price breakdown shows .20 cents per ounce. THIS PRODUCT IS ONLY 150 GRAMS. NOT ounces. This item is tiny, and nowhere worth $30. I never would have purchased this if it was clearly marked as grams. To make matters worse, this item is marked as not returnable. I am not sure why, but I am pretty upset.Hopefully the management for this product sees this review and provides a return.

The Wellness Company Natural Bee Pollen (150g)
I've been taking a one teaspoon of this bee pollen from the Wellness Companyfor three days now, and I do feel like it is adding a little pep to my step.It is naturally sweet (maybe half as sweet as honey), so I've tried it as a sweetener with my yogurt and granola, and adding it to tea instead of sugar...both tasted fine, but did make the texture a bit odd.Not cheap, but 150 grans is a 30-day supply, so it's a reasonable value.Four stars overall, may come back and add a star in a couple of weeks if the benefits increase.

An old favorite
Been taking bee pollen for decades with good results. This is a medium size pack. It says 250 gr and that may sound like not much, but bee pollen is very light. The pack amounts to a full cup plus a tablespoon.

I don't care for the taste and can't find any food that pairs well with it.
This smells and tastes like real bee pollen as it tastes floral and earthy and sweet like honey all at once. I don't like the smell or the taste very much, so tried mixing it into salads, yogurt, and even protein drink and veggies but nothing mixes well to me. So I am taking it on it's own and it's kind of nutty in the texture and sticky at the same time so almost like wax balls. I have had no adverse effects swallowing it, except for the flavor.
