Other than having to fight with the thing to get it off of your ear once you've pierced it, this is easy to use. It's quick, and works great.I had to have a friend do it for me because I chickened out on doing it myself. I ordered this because I decided my lobes needed third holes and this is perfect for simple piercings.

Easily pierced my ears after 10 years without earrings. Quick and painless. There is white paper holding the earring backing in place- remove before piercing or unit will not come off ear. Felt safe and sterile- good buy for the money.
