when I buy this case it was saying 13" but in real its 13.3" which is bigger then my laotop

Tremendous value
This was bought to give added protection for a 13" Apple MacBook Pro during transport. It is perfect...stylish and a little bit unusual and well padded.

Just as described
Delighted with this item. It's the perfect fit for a Samsung 13.3" Ultrabook. Well padded and with the benefit of corner loops (elastic to hold the base in place and clear plastic to grip the top corners of the screen)that enable the computer to be used without removing it from the sleeve. Importantly for the Ultrabook, the clear plastic corner holders don't interfere at all with the operation of the touch screen. If just using for protecting the computer you wouldn't need to bother using the loops.
