Smaller than I had hoped but still flavoursome.

The bone was ¼ of the weight
I couldn't carve it because the bone ran down the middle and was massive. So disappointing!

Marinated over night, the slow cooked for 5 hours , it was lovely! Very tender , great flavour , and fed 4 people !
