Bought this for a friend and she loved it so much, I've just bought two more for other new mums!

My 12 month old son has just had surgery "down below", and we needed a way to keep his hands away from the area during nappy changes as any whacks or pulls could seriously hinder healing - and he's usually got his hands down there as soon as the nappy's off! This meant that before purchasing this mat, nappy changes were a two person job, one to hold his hands and the other to get on with the nappy change... not always feasible! This mat (combined with toys and singing to distract) really does the job of keeping his hands away! He can push the mat barrier down, but not far enough to reach the problem area, and his hands have no chance of reaching anything. So happy with this, I never review anything but just had to for this purchase.Absolutely recommend for any other mum or dad trying to keep their little one's hands away from their lower regions during nappy changes!

Pretty flimsy and doesn't hold up baby's arms well. Very disappointed.

I bought this for my daughter-in-law (baby yet to be born). It's very compact and lightweight so it's ideal for a mum on the move. I wish I'd thought of it when my children were babies!

Item looked, from image on website, to be made of decent quality material. Disappointed to find it is thin & flimsy. My child was instantly able to remove arms from sleeves, defeating purpose of purchasing item in first place. Given it’s sole purpose I just hope it’s waterproof or it will end up being binned pronto. Not impressed at all & wonder if it’s a poor design or a copy. Ed from Southampton

I imagine this to be very useful for toddlers. I have a very young baby so haven't fully utilised the functionality.
