bought in april to repair grand daughter's tpms, supposed to make it back from college in may but things didn't work out. finally is august she made it down. the tool would not program the new sensors. after extensive troubleshooting with bartech and schrader, the tool was defective. this was the first time used since i have no tpms systems.i guess beach audio thinks they are above federal law since a defective product has more protection than their 30 day policy. as a side note, the tool was more than 3 years old so no telling where they got them and of note, they are NOT on bartech's list of resellers, so beware of them. they will find a review of this tool and where purchased on a youtube upload. they also should know that a chargeback is a possibility when they have ZERO customer support!as a side note, this tool was offered by schrader also called "ez-programmer" and guess what, they discontinued it, so what does that tell you about this tool.also of note, the price you pay is NOT the total cost, it will go up year after year!!! you get 1 year of free updates (if the tool will allow it) but after that, the update subscription for another year EXCEEDS the cost of purchase. i suggest finding a tool with free lifetime upgrades even if it initially costs more for the tool!
