Highly recommend this to anyone looking for aerobic resistance training
After receiving the mask in less than 3 days (Wow Amazon Prime…), I’ve been using the mask 2 times a day as I train for my first marathon.The adjustable levels for air intake and exhaust really help me crank the difficulty depending on how I’m feeling. Because there are more levels than other masks, it really does make a difference.Highly recommend this to anyone looking for aerobic resistance training.

Great product I like the overall quality/ comfort a lot better than some of the others I have tried. Comfort is a must for long gym sessions. There’s multiple settings that is fantastic for gradually increasing the restriction throughout your training. Also comes with a cool wristband, stickers, and carrying case👌

It says 4 settings but 1, 2, 3 ...
It says 4 settings but 1,2,3 have no difference and 4 seems shut all the way no air gets through.
