The Silvia consists of layers of petals of polypropylene to redirect and soften the light, eliminating glare. The thin but extremely durable leaves Fan outward from the center, eventually tapering slightly at the base in order to shield the interior light source. The result is an even spread of internally reflected light that will create a subtle and comforting ambience for dining rooms, living spaces and bedrooms.

This is a really pretty lamp. It gives off a nice glowing light. Not kind fond of the "tail" between the legs, but it's as you see. You have to assemble it yourself. And I don't know what to do if we have to move, but for now I am enjoying it.

These lamps are NOT copper, they are copper colored cardboard! Returned!

very beautiful. But the connection between the tripod and light ...
The design is striking, very beautiful. But the connection between the tripod and light is loose, and it is very hard to put the light bulb in.
