I absolutely love this yoga trapeze!I ordered the blue/ turquoise. Shipping was fast, thankfully they are apart of amazon prime.Everything came perfectly packaged. I inspected the hardware and materials. I am extremely pleased with how well made everything is. The fabric color looked just as shown. The hardware all looked secure and there were no missing parts.Install was easy. You will need a ladder, stud finder and drill. I was fortunate enough to bribe my husband into doing it for me. It only took him 10minutes. Once the anchor system is in place you just clip on the trapeze per instructions.I loved how versatile it is. You could set this up with the handles or without, just as a hammock.Starting off I felt so uneasy upside down. I think it's our natural instinct to be a little worried. I used caution and had lowered it closer to the floor until I felt secure enough to invert and move it higher. It's a lot of fun and a great little addition to help me change up the same ol' routine.There are a lot of YouTube videos and social media posts which help demonstrate particular poses or movements when you are ready to advance. I have yet to venture to them. There was plenty enough for me to play around with on my own the last few weeks, but plan to once I feel more comfortable.I wanted this for my own social media account. I thought it would be an amazing way to add some unique and artistic elements to my practice. It worked out perfect.Highly recommend. This is the 2nd product I have ordered from Blue Cresent Yoga. Happy with both products.I wanted to also add that this was installed in my living room. The anchors that came along with the trapeze are a bit large. I wouldn't recommend going against the manufacturer suggestions for hardware and install but I felt safe enough to change them out. I actually like the hardware provided but cosmetically I wanted something smaller since it was in a main room of my home.I ordered two premium hammock hanging anchors with the Capacity of 1300lbs. You can find those on Amazon. I included a photo of these as well.Please note that some photos have been edited, brightness and or colors adjusted, resulting is a slight variation of color example.

I like that the trapeze came with some instructions on how to install it. I was a little nervous about putting it in my celieing but once I figured it out it was super sturdy and worked great! It has done wonders for my back and I'm still a yoga beginner so even the simplist of poses are helping so much! It has really comfy handles too! Swinging around in it has gotten my 7 year old step son into using the trapeze as well which I love. He has fun using it and I have fun learning all these new poses! Its really comfortable and soft as well. The only thing I didn't care for is the look of the material and that you have to make sure to keep any curious cats away from it. but overall its a great product for a great price!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Made from parachute fabric, I feel very secure in this swing. It’s not going anywhere after it’s hung, super strong! Comes with hooks for a ceiling mount and includes screws for a wood beam and for cement. The extender straps allow it to be hung from pretty much anywhere. If you live in a rental and can’t mount it to the ceiling, it’ll hang from a pull-up bar, monkey bars or even a tree limb. Carabeeners make it easy to set up and take down. The best part of the swing is how it makes my back feel after inversion therapy. I used this after 30 hours in a car and 4 nights in different hotel beds and was amazed at how much better I felt immediately after using this. I’d recommend this to anyone from a yoga novice or someone who owns a yoga studio and is looking for multiple trapezes!

I like it. I am not sure about other similar products as this is the only one I have used. But it has helped me with my physical therapy stretching and exercises at home.

This SAVED my neck- Being able to hang upside down and provide traction to my neck saved me from debilitating pain. Not to mention has fueled a new hobby for my daughter and I. We love to get into all kinds of fun yoga poses and suspend from the ceiling. The hardware is very durable and easy to mount, and the sling material is light weight but durable, easy to clean, and very comfortable.

I was actually happily surprised by this product. I did not think I would find a place to hang it up and have it support my weight. It came packaged well and was not difficult to set up. I am a newbie to this but am starting to relax a little more while using the swing. So far it has been a good purchase and something that I can use as I attempt to increase my fitness at home! It is definitely more fun than the treadmill!!

Even though it says it includes everything in the information it does not have the ceiling hanging pieces included that costed me a big additional charge. Wish they would have stated it in the notes and kept me from using the product. Also the free included yoga strap for review didn't even work. It is a dead website.

Worth every penny! I bought eye-screws and just put it in my doorframe. I wish I would have know about this years ago. Beautiful quality and packaging. Much more reasonable in cost than others- but for the same high quality. I’ve already referred this to two of my friends who are buying one. Back pain is gone, excellent workout, and fun stretches.
