. a slightly depressed teen was uplifted bya "spiritual awakening":"pray to God or just pray in general.". be grateful for what the god created.(there could be nothing, how did we get everything?).. care for yourself: meditate, and eat "high vibration" foods:"vegetables, fruits and high fiber"(I get my fiber from oats and legumes).. not a total self-help book though:if you have trouble healing from trauma, see a psychotherapist.

Thought provoking
This book provides you with the tools on how to be happy. It also compels you to look within to find happiness, which is where it starts. I like the flow of the material and the journal at the end. Would recommend.

Be happy!
This was a thought-provoking book for me. Not only does it have great information but it also has action steps you can take to increase the happiness in your life and become a happier person. The part about goal setting, in particular, was enlightening.
