Cake doesn’t akways cook through
I’ve tried several recipes for cakes when using this mould and every time the cake doesn’t cook through properly. Overall the mould is okay and a good size, just need to find the right recipe etc god me to make it work

turned out well...
Used this for my Boys 8th (of course) and was really wanting a good result as it was for his first real party with his school friends. for reference I used double a recipe that i always use on BBC Good Food for Vic sponges, I prefer this as it give the sponge a more firmer texture and feel better. very happy and can see myself getting a '9' for next year
