Great snub nosed scissors. They are sharp and worked so well for trimming around my dogs eyes. The face comb is well made and similar to other grooming combs I have. However, It was made for a much larger dog than my 10 lb, poochon

These scissors are amazing. They cut the hair around my dog’s face and eye perfectly. They are sharp and quick with no drag. I am very pleased.

I returned the scissors. They look and feel good, but my pair simply did not cut. After several attempts to trim my small dog’s facial hair, which is soft and silky, not tough or wirey, the scissors only pinched the hair, they did not cut. Same result when attempting to trim the hair on her legs. I replaced the scissors with a pair from ConAir Pro, which I bought at a pet store so I could try before purchase. They are also sold on Amazon. They were actually less expensive and work great.

The scissors seem nice but I have medium male hands and I can not keep my thumb inside the hole. I think my wife can use these but I cannot.

I ordered this after seeing my vet use similar scissors. I wanted to be able to trim the end off a flea collar or cut away a knot with less risk of hurting my pets. Dogs and cats don't sit still just because you want them to. The scissors have rounded tips and the blade is short. They seem sharp enough, but not so sharp as to be scary. Right after I opened this I was able to cut a knot from one of my cats and one of my dogs. I think the comb is meant to comb out knots or lift them up for cutting. I haven't found it as useful, but there's nothing wrong with it. The zip case is a nice accessory.

I wanted snub nose scissors to trim the face hair on my two babies. I was always afraid of doing that, so I bought this set, and am very happy. Now I can go around close to their eyes without cutting or poking them. They are sharp, unlike other reviewers. You have to wipe them regularly with the little cloth they give you, otherwise they get dull. But that's not an issue. Now if only I had a stress free way to clip their nails!

Got these to trim hair on my Yorkie’s hair on nose. Like the rounded end. I use them on her feet also. Like them. Wish she did.
