Updated July 2018 Just received my replacement set and gave them a good workout cutting the grass. As expected they worked perfectly! Company is VERY easy to deal with for warrenty service. I (surprisingly) didn't need to return the defective product, which was a nice gesture. I just contacted them, they got the particulars of my order, and in a short while received the replacement set, AND included as an extra nice gesture was given a set of memory foam earpieces (though in fairness, I actually find the regular earpieces more comfortable). I've returned my rating to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service.Update July 2018. My pair just died today. They’ve been used heavily but not abused at all. I’m disappointed they failed and I’ve contacted the company to see how they respond. I’ve had them around 10 months. They have a year warranty so I’ll see how they treat me and update again afterwards. I dropped my rating by 1 star due to the failure, but make no mistake these are a very respectable productExcellent product that does exactly what its supposed to. I use it every time I cut the grass under my hearing protectors and not being tethered to the phone by a cord is a real blessing, no more snagging wires. Battery life is very good and you get a small indicator of battery charge on your phone while using it. I get several hours of use per charge. The 'in-ear' set up vs over the ear style took some getting used to but now that I have, it's the only way to go. I wear glasses so the 'over the ear' style never fit quite right.Sound quality is quite good in my opinion.I liked them enough to buy a second pair for my wife.

I have owned my Hutchee Pure Sound H2OO for about a year. I recently had to purchase a second pair because I accidentally washed the first pair. These headphones are fantastic!!!! I had been looking for a pair of wireless headphones that were lightweight with good sound quality. These are perfect! I have small ear canals and these are very comfortable for me! The price is incredibly modest and definitely worth it!!!! The battery life of these headphones is incredible as well! I use these headphones when I run. The connection to my phone is fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend these headphones. The customer service is also impeccable!!!!

These headphones worked great and sounded great for about two months and then they just stopped working. They act like they are charging and finish charging but then they won't turn on. Great sound for $30 but if they don't last more than two months I don't recommend purchasing them.

They worked well and the mic seemed fine. Only problem is, I lost them after a week of buying them (forgot they were around my neck). Be more careful.

Best headphones for the value. Just wish the cord was a little shorter. Great sound and comfort.

Amazing customer service. Headphones were fantastic, bought them to use while mowing. They quit working after 6 weeks, and were promptly replaced. Highly recommend.

I bought these looking for decent but not too expensive bluetooth headphones. I plugged them in and tried them out. The sound quality was very nice. For reference I use Sennheiser earbuds https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013WQIO6K/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 as my go to "nice" pair of earbuds. Not as nice, but also didn't sound like tin cans, I was impressed for the price.The reason I'm giving 3 stars, is I only used the headphones once and then they broke. Wouldn't turn on again, wouldn't charge again. They just broke. I'll give the benefit of the doubt and say I got a lemon, but still, it's disappointing. I also didn't like the controls. Standard Mic control is volume buttons up and down, center button pushed once is play/pause, twice is skip a track, and three times is previous track. This control is volume up and down, center button for play/pause, but hold down volume down to skip, and hold volume up to go to previous track. Double tapping the center button calls your last called number. Not a big deal but it was weird for me to adjust, and I ended up accidentally calling a lot of people by mistake.Also the bluetooth connection would start to crackle occasionally if I put it in my back jeans pocket, which seems like a range it should be able to handle. Again, maybe I just got a bad product, but this seems like a pretty basic bluetooth requirement.

Got 2 pairs. One lasted 2 weeks, the second lasted a week. Look elsewhere.
