A beautiful cake topper to transform any cake into a party piece. A cardboard cut out high heeled shoe with embellishments and a diamante number. This cake topper comes ready assembled in a plastic cake pick which allows the topper to be safely inserted into your cake. Spike is approx 5cm in length and 7mm at it widest. This cake topper is non edible and contains small parts and should therefore not be used as a toy and kept away from young children.
