Porlien White Porcelain 20-ounce Teapot

The media could not be loaded.  It arrived today. It's pretty and shiny. Little smaller that what I wanted, but I liked it. I decided to test it. Poured hot water in it. Next second I could not get the lid off. I emptied the hot water and waited for it to cool off. Tried again and no luck. Too bad Ihave to return it, with it’s lid still locked. I’m just glad I did not brew any of my loose tea in it or I could not even clean it before sending it back!

This is a well-made pot which I have left on the burner at med-high temp mistakenly and relieved to see it did not break. This is a sign of good quality, high fired product. It is a simple but stylish pot in a 2 cup size which is a little hard to find. There is no strainer inside for loose leaf fans so you have to strain while pouring if you do not want leaf in the cup.

nice pot, good size..cracked handle causing a leak all over the counter. Hot water to wipe up quickly..too much bother to send back for refund

Very nice keeps tea warm. But also likes to stain if tea left in any length of time

It's beautiful. Large enough for a single serving or cute for a tea party for kids.

The pot was a little smaller than I thought. But I like it.
