dead lantern
Unfotunatly it was not the bulb it was something insde the Lantern itself that had burnt out, so wasnt bulb, as I had thought. so just buoght another lantern which works extreamly well .

Lightbulb moment
Worked as per the original. How long for is anybody’s guess as the torch it is fitted to is only used for emergencies, which fortunately, are few and far between.
