Didn’t work for me
These add that extra buffer between your foot and harder heels, helping with reducing rub discomfort or blisters, although it depends on placement as didn’t work so well in a pair of boots compared to trainers.As you see in the picture a coupe had adhesive missing (brand new to be stuck on for first time) although they did still stick well.For me personally I prefer and have ordered instead gel style heel grips to help comfort
