I just got mine today. I ordered Wednesday last week and it arrived today Tuesday.Everything looks good. Very easy to assemble. If you have problems with the written instructions that comes with it, just follow the installation video provided on the sales description or you can find it on YouTube like I did. It’s way easier that way. I haven’t tested it yet but everything looks amazing and solid.It’s a tall bike so keep in mind that if you are under 5’7” you probably will have to adjust the sit on the lowest setting.I read some reviews in other channels about the breaks. You can always tight em up and make sure you break in advance since it’s a heavy e-bike by design. Fat tires can add more weight than regular ones. They look great and strong. I will be testing it and I will update.No parts lost or damage were present. The tool kit is pretty effective and easy to use. U can also keep it and use it for any inconvenience you might run into as you use it. The gear shifter is pretty smooth and easy to use. Break lights and turn signals work amazingly! The front headlight it’s very bright and it will be helpful for people that will ride at night.Don’t hesitate to purchase some reflective tape to add on it for more safety precautions at night.No noise detected during installation and the throttle it’s very smooth and strong. I checked out all the gears and PAS and it works well together.Very happy with purchase! Highly recommend it!

The bike was easy to put together ran into some difficulty with the front tire going on as easy as it looks in the video, but there’s a plastic piece that they don’t mention that’s inside the front brake of the frame of the bike that you have to remove to get the tire to go on. I was a little scared at first because I read about battery issues and things like that and when I finally put the bike together and charge the battery I would hit the button and it will come on and go off so I was a little scared about that, but eventually, I got it to work and I guess it was an operator error on my part. The bike works well been riding it for three days and the battery has a full charge. Still I’m very happy about the bike. It brought a big smile to my wife’s face. She loves it and now I’m shopping for mine which I’m going to buy here in about a week. I’m just doing my research Because I want the dual motor and the full suspension and that’s about it. Well worth the money pretty solid looks like a monster on the street really nice I love it.

Probably one of the best purchases I’ve made. E-bikes have been awesome! Wife and I did a 15 mile ride tonight and usually go between 5-10 miles each outing. Easy assembly - great videos to walk ya through it. Much of the bike is already assembled out of box. Packaged well!Love the 4” fat tires as we can ride in sand or snow and great on path as well.We use pedal assist mode and can adjust to various levels. Throttle only mode can be used to start from stop on inclines if desired. Great look and quality. Very happy with the two we bought.I’m 6’5 and don’t feel like bike is too short for me either. Wife is 5’10 and with seat lowered fits her well too. Fantastic price and quick ship!

I have to say, this is a great value! My 15-year-old rides hard, and this bike has held up so far (2 months and going). We did have an issue with one of the wheels (went flat early on, and a washer and nut went flying and lost), and the seller was extremely responsive, replacing the tire, inner tube and parts for free. On a complex piece of equipment like this, I fully expect there to be snags, especially at this price point, so the most you could hope for is an agreeable seller, and you get that 100%.

I wish they included front blinkers. The rear tail light blinkers are hard to see. They need to make them brighter or have a standalone blinker system. Handles great! My wife is 5'3" and can ride this with ease. She feels like she is safer on this bike at higher speeds. She currently rides a Heybike Cityscape with skinny tires. I added a secondary battery to this bike for longer rides and there was no issue. Please ensure you get the correct battery displacer. Overall, this is a good bike for the price. We use this bike as a spare for when we have company over or when our "grown" kids want to visit and ride with us. This bike has good speed and torque from the throttle. Would change out the seat to something more comfortable.

Omg, this bike is out of this world, the quality is fantastic, the assembly was pretty easy, they provide the tools, so that was a plus, the bike rides smoothly and the noise there isn't any the functionality is awesome you can peddle along or with the help of the bike or not peddle at all and let the bike do it for you. The weight isn't light, but for me, that was awesome because I know that it has great durability. I highly recommend this e-bike; you won't be disappointed.
