Oil Storage Grease Keeper, Grease Strainer Pot Grease Container with Mesh Strainer (1.2 L)

Works exactly as described. Good quality stainless steel, well fitting parts. For a long time I used old jars or cans to keep leftover grease, but I was always afraid they would break or leak. Or I could never find one when I needed it. Finally I broke down and bought a dedicated grease can. This one does the trick.I'm taking off one star because some of the other brands include a tray for it to sit on and prevent any drips down the side from getting on your countertop.

This was purchased to replace a similar pot whose handle had fallen off due to poor welding. I specifically chose this grease keeper because of the nonmetal handle pictured. It arrived today and is NOT as pictured. It does seem sturdy and has a plastic knob to go on top that you have to attach after it is shipped to you. The handle is a metal one welded to the pot like the older one I had which didn't last long. I will keep it hoping the handle will last longer but be warned, the handle is not as pictured.

Great way to keep cooking oils for 2,3 etc uses. It has a strainer at the top so I didn't have to find a cone to filter it. It also has a tray for the pot to rest on. I really like it and used it right away. Very happy with this purchase.

It keeps your greases and fats greasy and fatty. I love animal fat flavors that once were heading down the drain. Now I cook eggs, steaks other stuff with the drippings pings pings.

This oil storage container that I bought a while back really works well, especially the strainer. I no longer strain my cooking oil through paper towels. Which makes for an easy way to just pour the cooled cooking oil through the filter, wash the filter, dry it and place it back into the container. The container looks expensive and sits on my counter for the next time.

Handle broke by just falling to foot from like two feet b!!

Shipping took a little longer than expected, 2 days late. The grease keeper is awesome. The strainer lid have very fine metal mesh so that grease is completely free of crumbs. Will be ordering more to strain berry seeds.

It performs well, the way it is supposed to. Easy to use and easy to clean. The extra fine mesh screen filters out the debris very well. The result is a cleaner, and more pure oil, ready to use again.
