Incredible quality!
Of all the liquid supplements I've tried, this is the one I won't be without. The quality is amazing. I consider myself an armchair expert at liposomal and liquid supplements. I have a large bookbag that is so full of supplements, that I busted the zipper teeth trying to zip it up. I'm that friend telling you all about the supplements you desperately need. We may be annoying, but we are also unlicensed homeopathic pharmacists. This stuff is incredible quality. It is raw, gently processed, and potent. My tongue tingles as I hold it under my tongue for maximum absorption. That's potency.Anyone with a sluggish thyroid will benefit from the natural source of iodine. In fact, as a clinical nurse, I have heard patients say that a natural seaweed supplement has shown greater results than prescription meds. Another great benefit of seaweed (especially at this purity and potency), is how much it benefits gut health by aiding in digestion, and acts as a prebiotc by leaving a nutritious foundation for good bacteria to absorb. It helps to regulate blood sugar levels. Seaweed typically contains calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamins A,C,E, and K. It's one of the best supplements to add to your genearal daily vitamin regimen. The company that makes your supplements matter. Pretty much everyone has tried to get away with a cheap brand from the local discount corporate chain store, and then bought the same supplement from another brand for a bit more money, and finally saw the benefits. This is that kind of product. It might be a few bucks more, but try to get as many of your daily supplements in some kind of liquid or liposomal form. When you take those chalky, dry tablets, you are getting somewhere between 10% and 40% absorobtion...and you only get close to that 40% on an empty stomach, and if you have a very healthy gut ecosystem. With liquids, you get 90% to 99% absorbtion. It's actually a better deal financially if you factor in absorbtion. Listen to your supplement friend. The soil is basically dead from industrial farming, therefore, the food has 70% less nutrients than it did in the 1970s. Filtering water is important, but it also strips minerals. We are ALL definient in vitamins and minerals. Supplementation is crutial.

North Atlantic Dulse Extract
I much prefer to take Dulse through a tincture rather than in its seaweed form. It's fast and easy, plus I can add it to my other liquid supplements. I appreciate that it came well protected in bubble wrap since it's glass, but I do not like the stickers all over it. It gets in the way of the label info. Hopefully they can figure that out.

Difficult to describe, but it seems to work well
Tastes great and seems like it’s high quality. I can’t say exactly how it feels to take it, just that I can tell when I haven’t been, versus when I’ve been taking it consistently.

Great Liquid Seaweed Supplement.. Mild Taste and Mixes Well in Drinks👌
Mild taste... I got this because I wanted an easy way to add dulse to my diet without having to eat dried seaweed... I've done the dry seaweed before, and although it is not terrible-tasting, it's not what I prefer; they are tough to stomach or even smell. This liquid form makes it super simple to implement the seaweed benefit and it is very easy use. I just add a few drops to water or juice, and it blends right in without any hassle. This is what I love the most:The taste is mild, since some seaweed-based supplements can be really strong. It has a slightly salty, ocean-like flavor, but nothing overwhelming.I also like that it's made with clean ingredients, without unnecessary fillers or alcohol (this is very important to me)This is a great option for anyone looking to get the benefits of dulse in a convenient, easy-to-take form. It seems to be high quality, and I like knowing it’s sourced from the North Atlantic. So far, I’m happy with it and will keep using it.I recommend it! 👍👍

Define potential for removing toxins
Having lived my entire life on the New England coast, I’ve seen and heard quite a bit about dulse. What I didn’t realize were all the health benefits associated with it. I had done a heavy metal detox a few years ago and one of the key elements was eating dulse every day. Apparently, it not only draws out the heavy metals in our system, but (from my understanding) it absorbs them so they can be released from your body. I urge you to do your own research, but I will say that I felt incredible after completing it. While I’m not actively doing a detox, I wanted to start incorporating this into my daily mix. I won’t lie, it smells and tastes like low tide. You do get used to it after a while, or at least I did. I find the drops a lot easier to consume than eating it. I’ve been taking this for a couple weeks now, and while I can’t say that I’ve noticed a huge difference, it may be too soon to tell. I had also used other supplements that helped draw out the toxins and heavy metals during my detox; I think it was the combination that boosted the process. Again, I would do your own research and see what works best for you. There are lots of potential health benefits with this. I’ll post any updates if I think of them.

Good seaweed supplement for mixing with tea
This is a good quality supplement It has a fairly mild taste-not overpowering like a couple of brands that I have tried. It's a lot more palatable than raw seaweed. The supplement has a lot of vitamins that are natural to seaweed. I did a little research and found evidence supporting a variety of purported health benefits from Dulse including reducing blood sugar. I am giving it a long term try. It mixes well with green tea.Damon M. Tatem
