Very good medical grade cleanser, antibacterial. You just put a little bit under your armpits and areas of your body that have moisture or are prone to bacteria, growth, or healing wounds, let it sit for a minute and then proceeded as a normal in the shower. I know several other reviewers that I know stated that if you use this several times a week, it actually reduces the amount of bacteria that will grow under your arms and cause odor. It’s also good for women’s Hygiene. It doesn’t irritate my skin or my husbands and he needed it more because he works a fuel trucking job in the sun, so he sweats. The size is perfect because you only use a very tiny bit, you just smooth on a thin film over your skin that seems to be bothers him. Let it sit for a few minutes, and then rinse it off. It’s foamy, So you only need a tiny little bit because a little bit goes a long long way.

This product is fantastic! It is great for cleaning small wounds and hands. Additionally, it has cleared up any breakouts that occur on the body. The smell is not too strong and there is no burning sensation when using it on wounds or skin. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to clear breakouts on the body or anyone who needs a powerful but gentle body/hand disinfectant.

I have used both the foam and non foam and foam is the way to go. You can fill up your facecloth with a big ball of foam and know you are getting every spot. The other is so liquidly it immediately falls through the face cloth and lands on the floor of the shower. You question how much benefit you are getting. Use the foam, So Much Better!!

I have very thin skin due to aging and steroid medication use, now stopped. The smallest bump is liable to tear my skin and I use this to clean and prevent infection. Very effective!

Can't really rate because i didn't use it. Was told by the nurse to use it, then the doctor said no, don't bother.But all the research i did, this seemed to be the least toxic, most respected to do the job.

Used this as a pre-surgical anti-microbial body wash. Must have worked as I have no infections!

Had a couple of surgeries and had to shower with this soap prior. It's so easy. Just get wet in a shower. Rub the soap over your body (except private areas) and then rinse off. Wha-lah! All sanitized. And a little goes a long way. There's no smell. It's fragrance free.
