The necklace worked fine for halloween...The price was a little high in my opinion.

This necklace was a gift for my daughter who is a huge Percy Jackson fan. I was really impressed with the quality. The beads are nicely crafted, and the ring had a nice weight to it so it did not feel cheap but also was not too heavy to wear.

I love it! So fun to have this necklace exactly as it's described in the books. I love the detail on each of the beads, it's very well done. Everything is good quality.

This necklace is an awesome addition to the collection of any PJO fan. It came in exactly as shown, and it doesn't feel cheap at all, especially for the price.I really like the length, and the clasp isn't too itchy or anything after a day of wear either.Most of all I really like the size of the beads- they're big enough that they could feasibly be hand painted, like they are in the books.Fun summer necklace, for sure!

My daughter is a huge fan of all the Percy Jackson books (and the TV show) which have gotten her very engaged with reading longer and complex chapter books and learning more about Greek and Roman mythology. So she was very excited about this necklace that was inspired by Annabeth Chase’s necklace from the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series… She was impressed with all of the little (hand-painted?) beads matched up with the images she expected on the necklace based on how the demigod camp necklaces are described in the book, and Annabeth’s adventures before and after meeting Percy, etc… So, overall, the necklace was a hit, and the level of detail is very nice. The beads seem nicely made (although we’ll have to see how long they last before the paint starts to chip), the ring is decent (not a high-end ring, of course, but not an overly weak plastic charm either), and the fake-leather material used for most of the necklace seems relatively close to looking and feeling like real leather; it’s costume jewelry, but it’s a big step up from a semi-disposable toy necklace that you might get with a basic Halloween costume, it’s got an almost authentic, hand-made quality to it that’s pretty nice for what it is…But the one thing I have to sing the necklace a star for is that that the fiddly little metal chain and clasp that holds the necklace together at the back is not very strong — it broke the first day my daughter wore the necklace, and I’ve had to repair it twice since.
