The build construction is very solid. This will definitely hold up for a very long time. The size was a little bigger than I expected but I think that actually might be a good thing. The size turned out to be good for my needs.I only have one issue with this pill holder and that is its cap. While the container itself is able to hold up to three normal size pill capsules, the cap extends inward so much that only one pill will fit when screwed in. There is so much unnecessary material that it really takes away from some of the functionality. If you're planning on putting a couple advil or claritin in this then you're good. But anything bigger and it won't fit, not because the container is too small, because the cap takes up nearly a third of the space near the top.Hopefully they can remove some material from the cap. This would make this pill case perfect.Hope this helps!

Although I have just gotten this my impression is the item is well made. I had a narrow cylinder before which would not easily carry the pill shapes I needed so purchased several different models at once. This one shipped promptly, came as described, and feels very solid. The design and o-ring appear of much better quality than some of the other options. Although sturdy it is neither exceptionally bulky or heavy. Of note it also shipped spotless which I can not say for her competitors which came with stains/rust colored scraps from the manufacturing. Again reflects attention to detail and caring about the product. Now I only hope it keeps the medicine safe and holds up under daily pocket use and I will remain very satisfied.

I have to bring some meds in for lunch each day and am very, very pleased with this container. I bought some others, less expensive and they discolored my pills, simply gross, I had to throw them out. This container is clean, sterile. It is the type of case you want for your meds, though more pricey than others.

Another amazing compact yet wide pill holder. Its the perfect size to hold approximately 7-9 pills including some that are wider. Most pill holders are huge and you lug around wasted weight and space. This size is perfect! Its available in SS or titanium. Amazing quality.....very satisfied!
