Last year, I "retired". I was not feeling so good health wise. I had very little energy and was somewhat depressed. In desperation, I went on a diet and cut out sugar and bread and, and, and..... One day, I watched a long video online about methylene blue and I made up my mind to try it. There are quite a few books out there about it and I read through a couple of them. I began just taking 20 drops per day and got up to 80. I began to really feel better! And I ALSO felt less depressed and I had some memories returned to my brain! I had a very healthy summer. I think people thought I was crazy when I told them about this stuff, but they could see a difference in my personality and my skin. Anyway, for some reason, I stopped taking it about 3 months ago and my health declined again! So, I ordered this bottle because it's a really good deal $$ wise! Since slowly increasing my dosage back to what I had been at 3 months ago, I have suddenly I begun to feel more alive again all of the sudden! I'm even more convinced that this stuff WORKS healing helps in many systems of the human body! I can't tell you what part of my body is utilizing it, but it IS utilizing it somewhere or other! I didn't experience much pain relief because I wasn't experiencing any pain at the time but somehow, I believe I experienced some emotional pain relief. I prayed a lot during that time, so I have to give the LORD the credit...I have definitely heard anecdotal stories of other people who HAVE experienced levels of pain relief using MB. That being said, I want to say that the bottle arrived quickly and packaged neatly and had no leaks or tears. The bottle is sealed well with a plastic seal surrounding the dropper top to keep it on tightly. It's not difficult to use. All you need to do is pour about 6 oz of juice into a glass and add the number of drops you need into the glass with the juice. Give it a big of a swish or a stir and just drink it down. The reason I suggest using juice is because it will help lend a better taste to it. You DO NOT want to put these drops directly into your mouth because it will stain your tongue blue for a few hours. If you dilute it with juice, you can quickly swallow it down and it has a noticeably milder flavor, otherwise it tastes somewhat medicinal. If you wear dentures, I would also suggest taking them out before you drink this because you will need to really scrub your dentures! As far as dosage goes, you will need to do some research because dosage goes by your weight. I am not a doctor so I will not suggest a dosage to you. Each person is different and has to figure out their dosage by themselves or with a doctor. The only thing I WILL TELL YOU is that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you consume this supplement if you are taking any kind of medication for regulating your SEROTONIN LEVELS! You absolutely must talk to your doctor about this. Combining this supplement with an SSRI (selective seratonin reuptake inhibitor) can cause you to experience something commonly called SERATONIN SYNDROME which can be life threatening. I do not take any other medications, so I don't have to worry about it. Your doctor knows what methylene blue is since it has been used in hospitals and clinics for over 100 years, yet it is not considered a prescription drug and is a legal supplement in every state. It is also important that you DO NOT use this same chemical from an aquarium supply vendor since it is commonly used to heal many tropical fish5 ailments. The problem with using that version is that it isn't PURIFIED like the methylene blue with the label stating 1% USP PHARMACEUTICAL GRADE! This grade for human usage is third party tested for contaminants such as heavy metals that can harm you. The product that is sold in aquarium supply pages is NOT TESTED for poisonous substances such as heavy metals, arsenic, etc. and IS CONSIDERED DANGEROUS FOR PEOPLE, so DO NOT risk it. The quality of this product offered IS pure and high quality. You are not a fish!

Words of warning; this particular source is VERY strong. Even with a tolerance, you don't want to be doing 15 drops or for that matter, even 5 is enough to overdue it.I've had this for nearly a month and 5 drops yesterday gave me a very mild and fleeting headache; I haven't had a headache for quite literally about 13 years!The energy it gives isn't what we're used to expecting. It can give you bounding energy depending on your routines, food and supplement regimen but is not what we've come to expect from substances that are said to give energy. It can be intense like caffeine sources but not quite jittery and yet it can still be spastic energy, but overall I just feel more assertive.After some serious injuries and illness approximately 4 years ago, I'm trying to get back in the swing of things and overcome putting things off. This surely seems to be an agent ideal for that. I'm generally quite focused on tasks but tasks I put off are also put out of mind and while I've been focusing to shift my mind out of that, I noticed the days I take the methylene there's no angst. In fact, the only time I have felt anxiety lately is after taking the MB and then sitting for too great a length of time.The obvious sign it's working is when I think about things that need done, I'm not looking for a corner in my mind to hide in! lolThose tasks now result in no emotional connection and the instinctive thought of, "that's no big deal" which is what I was used to in life until being overwhelmed several years go by injury and illness.This does tell me that for some people with attention span struggles, focus, trouble committing etc. that have had a lifelong battle, this for you very likely will be a profound new outlook on the world as well as engaging of proactive habits.

Like other's have mentioned this product is very powerful - so please be careful with your doses. I initially tried 16 drops (WAY TOO MUCH) in a 16oz Water Bottle - the effects arrived slowly - and lasted through the morning (I was able to skip my morning coffee). The "energy" is not jittery - nor have I "crashed out". This may be the product that finally gets me off Coffee. I slept fairly well - knowing that I may have used too many drops - but I slept, and woke with amazing "start now" energy. I would recommend maybe 6 drops to 16oz. (at least that's what I'm going to use next time - 6 drops). I'm a first time user of MB. I was intrigued by Joe Rogan's use - along with other high profile fitness people. Highly recommended - although low dose drops.

Tried for first time today..WHOA! They aren’t kidding when they say, this will clear your mind and give you an abundance of energy. I was at work thinking,🤔 WHY DO I FEEL SO GOOD?!? I’m not kidding I felt on top of the world! It’s 8 hours later and I’m in my usual afternoon slump. I can’t wait to wake up tomorrow and do it all over again!!! You def need to drink in water, brush teeth after to get the blue out of ur mouth( I actually think it made my teeth whiter>a blueing effect?)and expect blue urine. I did see an important video on this stuff, all caution against using IF U R ON ANY KIND OF ANTIDEPRESSANTS, sleep Rx or any other meds I wasn’t familiar with. So check w/DR..

Fast shipping. Started with 5 drops twice a day for a week. Then upped 5 drops per week till 20 drops which was the dosage for my weight. Clean energy no jitters or crashes. Can take it even before bed. Definitely recommend a shot of juice to dilute. I used organic 100% grape. Works great for energy drags. I’ll definitely keep using it for now till I get my health lined out. I don’t recommend using it without any liquid or juice.
