On Keto!
I love ketchup. I am trying to do keto (successfully for 2.5 months at the time of this review).One of the challenges is trying to find foods or similar foods to what you previously ate... honestly - making HUGE changes usually results in failure... however, making minimal changes and incorporating that into a lifestyle similar to what you had? Much easier. Ketchup was one of those things that was present constantly and was sorely missed.Long story short - this stuff was my 1st swing at a low carb ketchup and I am not even going to bother trying anything else. Burgers - sausage - my own recipe burrrrrritos... it is amazing. Tastes VERY similar to a regular ketchup and has a little spice to it. Does not burn your mouth - I would put this around the 'spiciness' level of like... less than a mild pepper (standard pepperoncini or banana pepper) and that might even be stretching it.If your on the fence you should absolutely try it. If you aren't on the fence you should get on it. If you don't like ketchup... why are you here?10/10. Putting in another order now.

Great balance of spicy
The ketchup is a great alternative to regular ketchup with less sugar (only has the natural sugar from the tomato). The spiciness of it is just the right amount that helps clear your nose but not burn your mouth.***SHIPPING ISSUE*** For those giving it a negative reviews due to shipping issues, that is not AlternaSweets issue, it is an Amazon issue. Amazon will refund you and you can reorder if you wish. I have had issues with their shipping and had no issue getting a refund due to damage.

Keto friendly
Loved it! Best tasting ketchup, no funny after taste. Just enough spice,but not over done! Great for Ketogenic diet too!

Great tasting ketchup!
My husband & I are in impressed. We are on the Keto Diet, and we sometimes make all Beef Kosher Hot dogs with low- carb wraps instead of buns. We melt cheddar cheese on the low-carb wraps, and then fold the hot dog inside the wrap with this Stevia-Sweetened ketchup and onions.

Thick spicy ketchup !
This ketchup is out of this world ! I’m not even normally a ketchup fan but this spicy slightly sweet ketchup I’m addicted too. It’s very thick so a little goes a long way. It’s got a nice balance of heat. We order a bottle a month !! So worth the money

Not As Good As The Regular Version
I did not like the flavor of this ketchup with the extra spices in it. Takes away from the sweetness of it.

I have bought this several times before they don’t sell this in any of my local stores.We put this on everything from breakfast to lunch and dinner.We have 10 bottles of different levels of hot sauce in our refrigerator but this is are go to .
